![]() Having too much attack speed can skip frames in attacks which causes attacks itself to get skipped, at least with ice shards. Same goes for NM dungeons but both happend very rare. Then these big beasts in Maulwood can still hit you after they died, I got run over by corpse twice only this weekend lol. ![]() Same with teleport, sometimes casts twice but that isn't so bad haha. For example sometimes I cast frost nova twice even tho I just press it once and there should also be a 1 sec "gcd" even if you have 2 charges. It's fun, but it's not for everyone.Īlso I would say D3 is alot less buggy when it comes to very specific stuff. The CC isn't overtuned if you learn what you're up against and how to play accordingly, it's just too many people wanted purely faceroll content rather than a bit of Souls style gameplay. I'm 99 hitting 100 soon, and the vast majority of it has been doing my own thing without a party.ĭ3 is a much more casual loot fest, while D4 actually requires strategic playing around endgame mobs/CC/etc. Party XP does make an impact on leveling, but it isn't an end all be all. You can more easily pick off select mobs rather than having someone Leroy the entire pack if you need to once you get into 1 shot territory with the NM dungeons. ![]() The MMO style content is overrated, I have not gotten a single upgrade from give or take 100 legions/WB I've done, and you don't need to find a party for these, you can just as easily show up solo and do it you just won't BE solo for the world events as the game instances groups of like 12 regardless of being in a party or not.Īs far as soloing goes, in fact, even higher NM dungeons are potentially easier to solo than with random teammates due to the way mobs aggro and how most skills benefit from piles of mobs rather than a scattered mess.
